New Patient

New Patient: What to Expect

After you finish with your initial paper work, you will have a consultation with Dr. Walcott. He will ask questions about your health history and you will have a chance to describe your problems and concerns.

After your consultation, Dr. Walcott will perform a complete examination to determine the cause of your problems. Sometimes problems can originate in areas other than where you feel symptoms, so it is important to be thorough and test the entire spine and musculoskeletal system. If your problems require further testing, such as X-Rays or blood work, Dr. Walcott will let you know and direct you to the right studies.

Your first treatment will be based upon your specific problems and will be geared to your tolerances and individual needs. You may be treated with very low force modalities geared toward decreasing pain or you may be treated with more aggressive myofascial and chiropractic therapies to increase range of motion or reduce joint restrictions. All treatments will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, and you will be a partner in getting yourself on the path to pain free wellness.

New Patient: Payment Options

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accidents, workers compensation, personal injury, and most health insurance plans. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

No Insurance:
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

We look forward welcoming you to our practice.
